CicloGustando Gravel is an experience that combines cycling, taste and territory, along some of the most iconic roads of the Crete Senesi and the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche ESTRA.

The ride starts from the impressive Medici Fortress in Siena, from where the route immediately enters the heart of the city, passing through the historic centre, with an exciting passage through Piazza del Campo and Siena Cathedral. Leaving the city, you take the historic Via Francigena, cycling through rolling hills to Radi and Monteroni d’Arbia.
From here begins one of the most iconic climbs of the white roads: San Martino in Grania, the epic theatre of the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche, where the effort is rewarded by extraordinary views. The route continues towards Mucigliani, until it reaches the panoramic “Site Transitorie” at the 46th kilometre with a 360° view, one of the most spectacular points of the itinerary.
The first great moment of conviviality is in San Giorgio a Lapi, at the winery, where participants find refreshments, music and wine to fully experience the spirit of CicloGustando Gravel.
The ride then continues along the legendary Tolfe, another crucial section of the Gran Fondo Strade Bianche ESTRA, accompanied once again by music and refreshments. The final part leads to the equally iconic Santa Caterina climb before returning to Siena.
